Introduction to Vacuum Silicone Grease

Vacuum silicone grease, a non-hardening silicone-based lubricant, finds its application in electronic and electrical components, connectors, and joints. It serves to seal, protect, and maintain these vital parts. Designed specifically for automotive, electronics, electrical industries, and various industrial needs, its appearance is clean, transparent, and it boasts high dielectric strength (excellent insulating properties). It is also compatible with a wide range of plastics, rubber materials, and its products.

Belonging to the synthetic lubricant category, vacuum silicone grease surpasses petroleum-based counterparts with a broader operational scope. It excels in high-temperature resilience, resistance to aging and ozone, and exhibits excellent hydrophobicity. Additionally, it offers outstanding waterproofing, moisture resistance, and vacuum sealing capabilities, guarding against the intrusion of dust and contaminants into sealed areas. Its versatility extends to functioning as both insulating and vacuum grease.

Composition of Vacuum Silicone Grease

This semi-transparent paste is formulated with inorganic thickeners that thicken synthetic oil. It is enriched with various additives and structure-improving agents.
