Take a short look: how we test the vacuum pumps.
>> How to select the proper vacuum oil for your vacuum pump?
Firstly, make sure you’re looking for vacuum oil, which is kind of a mineral oil without additives. In some special cases, you may also choose synthetic base oil with additives.
Secondly, check and confirm the kinematic viscosity of the oil. For ASV-20 we recommend the oil with viscosity of 46. For bigger pumps, the value of the viscosity shall be higher.
Last but not least, it’s highly recommended to use genuine oil from the manufacturer. In case it’s not possible or it’s urgent, use oil with similar viscosity from well known brand instead.
>> When to change the vacuum oil?
It’s recommended to change the oil after 150 hours operation for the first time.
Check the oil position periodically and change oil every 500 – 1500 hours. It depends on the working conditions of the vacuum pump.
If the oil becomes dark from it’s original light yellow color, or an oil emulcification is observed, it’s necessary to replace the oil immediately.
For the distributors we provide a warranty of 12 months from the loading date issued on the Bills of Lading if it’s shipped by sea.
For other deliveries the warranty starts from the date of shipment from the factory.
The standard lead time is 2 – 4 weeks. In peak season from October to March, it’s about 4 – 6 weeks.
We’re glad to provide OEM service. As a matter of fact, Most of our current customers prefer to have their logo on the pumps.
We set up the factory in 2017 with many years’ experience of oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps. To meet the increasing demand, we expanded last year the plant which has now a production space of 2,000 square meters.
Since we’re still quite small, we have to ship the pumps through a professional export company to save unnecessary cost for international business.
We accept wire transfer (T/T) as standard: 30% prepayment and 70% balance before shipment.
A 100% prepayment is preferable if the lead time is less than 3 weeks.
No price increase guaranteed, in spite of unstable raw material cost and exchange rate
