Limited Warranty by Coolink
- Warranty Coverage: COOLINK’s products are meticulously crafted for excellence, and we stand by their quality. Our 12-month warranty from the shipment date for dealers ensures our products are free from defects in workmanship and materials.
- Scope and Terms: This warranty extends to our distributors and wholesalers for a year from the shipping date, as indicated on the Bill of Lading. Distributors and wholesalers are responsible for providing warranty service to end-users in compliance with local laws and market strategies.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover issues arising from alterations, misuse, accidents, or improper maintenance. Specifically, our refrigerant vacuum pumps are not designed for aggressive or corrosive gases like Ammonia or Lithium Bromide (salt water). Using them in these applications voids the warranty.
- Repair Policy: Unauthorized repairs or modifications to COOLINK products will immediately void the warranty. All servicing must be conducted by authorized technicians or service centers endorsed by COOLINK or its distributors.
- Wear Parts and Liability: Wear parts like O-rings and seals are not covered under this warranty. Normal wear and tear are also excluded from warranty repairs. COOLINK’s liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.
