FAQs
Q: Where is your company located?
A: The location of our company is Wenling City, Zhejiang Province, which is in the southeast costal region, one of the richest regions in China. The nearest seaports are Ningbo and Shanghai.
Q: Can I buy your products directly?
A: We’re not going to reject a request like this. However, it is recommended to buy from a local dealer if you need only one piece or two. It makes no sense to pay high shipping cost and wait for long time.
Q: Can I have a price list?
A: Unfortunately we cannot provide full price list unless you’re our exclusive distributor. Instead, we’ll send you an official quotation for the required models ASAP (usually within 24 hours) after you send us an inquiry by e-mail with some basic introduction of your company.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept wire transfer (T/T) as our standard, 30% prepayment and 70% before shipment. Western union or paypal is unfortunately not accepted for now. L/C at sight can be an option but it depends on the country and opening bank.
Q: How long is your warranty period?
A: For dealers we provide 12 months limited warranty from the loading date issued on the Bills of Lading if it’s shipped by sea. For other deliveries the warranty starts from the date of shipment from the factory.
Q: Do you accept private labeling?
A: In principle we accept OEM. Kindly be noted that we need sufficient volume to cover extra cost such as non-standard color, customized nameplates, operating manuals and cartons.
Q: Can I ask for some samples before placing an official order?
A: We cannot find a reason to refuse such a reasonable request. However you have to pay the sample(s) and cover all freight cost. The amount of the sample(s) can be deducted in your official order after you test and accept the quality and performance.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: As a manufacturer we’re not involved in retail business. It’s required to have at least 50 pieces for popular models to arrange the production.
Q: What is your lead time?
A: Our standard lead time is 4 weeks. In peak seasons from November to March, there could be a delay up to 6 – 8 weeks. Recently the lead time is also affected by the Covid-19 situation, short supply of components from the supplier and so on.
