Refrigerant Recovery Machine with Three-Knob Control
Pro-Grade | Fast & Efficient | A2L/R32 Ready
MASTER YOUR RECOVERY WORKFLOW.
Refrigerant Recovery Machine with Precision Tri-Valve Control
The RR Series redefines job site efficiency by giving you direct command over every step of the recovery process. We’ve engineered a powerful, twin-cylinder recovery machine built around a logical, three-knob control system.
- Precision Tri-Valve Control: Dedicated knobs for INLET, OUTLET, and MODE (Recover/Purge) provide a clear, foolproof workflow. No more complex valve charts or confusing multi-turn operations.
- Lightning-Fast Recovery: Industry-leading rates for liquid and vapor, powered by a 1HP twin-cylinder compressor.
- A2L Ready: Certified safe for R32, R1234yf, and other modern refrigerants.
- Job-Site Tough: Built to be dropped, tossed, and abused without missing a beat.

A Closer Look at the Pro Features

Our three-knob system provides a dedicated function for each step. The logical layout mirrors the flow of refrigerant, minimizing errors and speeding up your process.

The oil-less, twin-cylinder compressor delivers exceptional recovery rates, pulling down systems in record time. Less time on site means more calls per day.

Our models feature a sparkless motor and ignition-proof design, fully certified for use with R32, R1234yf, and other flammable A2L refrigerants.

The high-density polyethylene (HDPE) case is built to withstand drops, impacts, and the daily abuse of being tossed in a work van.

Oversized, liquid-filled pressure gauges resist vibration and provide crystal-clear readings at a glance.

Prevent cross-contamination between jobs. A simple turn of the central mode knob to PURGE easily.

Drive Profitability on Every Job Site
From Residential Split Systems to Commercial Chillers

Residential Service
Fit more billable calls into the day. Rapid recovery on smaller systems cuts time-on-site, directly increasing your team's daily revenue.

Commercial & Industrial HVAC
Protect profit margins on large projects. The RR500's push/pull power drastically reduces labor hours, keeping your bids competitive and profitable.

Mission-Critical Refrigeration
Eliminate costly, reputation-damaging callbacks. The foolproof oil-less design and self-purge function prevent the cross-contamination that leads to catastrophic system failure.

If you work, or plan to work, on any system that uses an A2L "mildly flammable" refrigerant like R32 or R1234yf, then yes, you absolutely need the R32-rated model. These models have critical ignition-proof components (like a sparkless motor and oversized condenser) required by law and safety standards to prevent accidents.
It’s designed for a clear, error-proof workflow.
INLET Knob: This is your input valve. You open it to let refrigerant flow from the system into the machine.
MODE Knob: This is the central brain. You select RECOVER to start the process or PURGE to clear the machine after the job.
OUTLET Knob: This is your output valve. You open it to send the recovered refrigerant to your recovery tank.
This separation of functions eliminates the need to interpret complex diagrams and prevents accidental mixing of ports, giving you total control.
While a recovery machine is not a substitute for a dedicated vacuum pump, it is designed to remove refrigerant until the system's pressure drops below atmospheric pressure, creating a vacuum. Our machine will automatically shut off via its low-pressure switch once it reaches 15" Hg (inches of mercury).
For proper system dehydration and removal of air and moisture before recharging, you must still use a dedicated vacuum pump to pull a deep vacuum (e.g., 500 microns).
Both models are compatible with all common CFC, HCFC, and HFC refrigerants, including R22, R134a, R404A, R410A, and many more. The "-R32" models add certified compatibility for A2L refrigerants.
