Coolink Limited Warranty
- Coverage Scope: Coolink guarantees that its products are manufactured to high standards and are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. A 12-month warranty period applies to distributors and wholesalers, calculated from the shipment date indicated on the Bill of Lading.
- Applicability and Responsibilities: The warranty is valid exclusively for the original distributors and wholesalers. These entities are obligated to provide warranty services to end-users in accordance with local regulations and market practices.
- Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs;
- Improper use, accidents, or inadequate maintenance;
- Exposure to aggressive or corrosive gases (e.g., Ammonia, Lithium Bromide), as Coolink refrigerant vacuum pumps are not designed for such environments.
- Repair Requirements: Any repairs or alterations to Coolink products must be performed by authorized technicians or service centers approved by Coolink or its distributors. Unauthorized interventions will void the warranty.
- Non-Covered Components:
Wearable parts, such as O-rings and seals, are excluded from warranty coverage. Normal wear and tear are also not eligible for repair or replacement under this policy.
- Liability Limitations: Coolink’s liability is strictly limited to the product’s purchase price. No additional compensation, including indirect or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profits, operational downtime), will be provided.
